Welcome to the first post of my blog! I'm pretty new at this, but the reason I am creating it is to share (probably mostly with myself) my likes and dislikes, interests, and other things on my mind. From time to time, I will post about my loves: my husband, my dog, family, books, teaching, wine, travel, gardening, exercising, cooking, and whatever new passion I have at the moment.
